My approach to UX research is rooted in empathy and human-centered design. I firmly believe that understanding the needs, motivations, and pain points of users is the foundation of creating impactful experiences. By employing a combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods, I delve deep into user insights to uncover hidden opportunities and drive informed decision-making. Beyond my professional life, I am an avid advocate for accessibility and inclusive design. I believe that technology should be accessible to all individuals, regardless of their abilities.
